As one of the original trail-blazers in renovating the Historic River Market area in Kansas City, we have been providing quality living and work spaces in the area for over 30 years. Both Mel Mallin and Dana Gibson have worked to better the River Market area as past president's of the River Market Business Association (RMBA). We develop strong and lasting relationships with our tenants and try to improve their quality of life and their living/working experience in the River Market.
